A Certified Consulting Meteorologist specializing in complex AERMOD and CALPUFF analyses for NSR permitting, SIP development, and NEPA assessments. His experience spans modeling reviews for state regulatory agencies, Monte Carlo uncertainty analyses, and data center modeling and permitting support.
Over 10 years in air permitting and regulatory compliance for industrial facilities and capital projects across oil & gas, LNG, power generation, chemicals, steel, and data centers. Skilled in Title V permitting, environmental risk analysis, site selection, and agency coordination.
Over 40 years of environmental experience providing strategic oversight across multi-media regulatory programs. Expertise in permitting, auditing, waste minimization, and occupational safety systems.
15+ years in environmental, health, and safety consulting with an air quality specialization. Develops compliance and management systems for industrial clients, including air permitting, audits, EHS management, and monitoring programs. Licensed Professional Engineer.
Seven years in environmental consulting and manufacturing with a water compliance focus. Develops water programs, implements ISO systems, prepares SWPPP/SPCC plans, and manages chemical reporting.

Brings dispersion modeling expertise to the firm's air practice, preparing air permit applications, conducting regulatory evaluations, and supporting the AERMOD analyses behind SOLA's permitting work.
